Transcript for "User Training and Support": Hi, everyone. Thanks for joining us. We will wait just a couple more minutes to see who else comes and joins us. But in the meantime, if you'd like to introduce yourself in the chat, please feel free to do so, and we'll get started in just a moment. Alright. Let's go ahead and get started. For starters, my name is Ronnie Odette. I am a community strategy enablement manager here at Unite Us. And what that means is I'm here to help, folks at community based organizations and clinical providers get onboarded and utilize Unite Us in their programs and organizations. So, I'm joined by my colleague, Wajia. And, Wajia, feel free to introduce yourself if you'd like. Hi, everyone. My name is Wajia Khan. Thank you again for taking the time to join us here today. As Ronnie mentioned, the both of us are on the community strategy team. And really the purpose of this training is to be here to support you all with all of your onboarding questions. So be it, know, inability to log in to Unite us or adding your programs and users or any additional questions you might have. That is why we're here. So great great to virtually meet you and looking forward to supporting you. Yeah. Thanks, Vigia. So I will we'll start by doing a little introduction to Unite Us, and then I will move into sharing, my screen, and we'll do some breakout rooms. Please give me some grace as it's my first time, navigating the software that we're using. So I might tag in my colleague, Wajia, to help because she is an expert. So I will go ahead and share my screen, and we'll get started. Alright. So, welcome to the Unitus user training and support session. As I mentioned, we will start with an introduction, which we already have. If you all would like to introduce yourself in the chat, please feel free to do so at any time. We will do a really quick high level overview of what Unite Us is, and then we'll move into breakout rooms so that we can address some of the, onboarding things or look into some more training opportunities for you. Well, whatever your need, we're here to help out with that. So, at Unite Us, our vision is to improve people's health and well-being by connecting communities through our technology. Our technology is a referral platform that assists with, mitigating social drivers of health for individuals that you are serving in your communities. So you all, being in community based organizations and utilizing Unite Us, you're a big reason why this is able to work. So thank you so much for being willing to join the network and serve individuals through this software. This is a really standard basic workflow of how Unitus can be utilized in community based organizations. Say that you're working at your organization, or we'll take Sue's organization for example here. Tom shows up at Sue's organization, and they're talking about what Tom is needing. Sue finds out that Tom needs assistance with multiple things. And Sue can help with some of those things that he needs help with, but her organization doesn't offer assistance with everything that Tom needs. So Sue logs into Unidus. She gets Tom's consent to put his information in the platform, and she locates community resources and community partners in the Unidus platform. She then can create a referral for Tom's specific needs that she's not able to directly help with at her organization, and she can send those referrals to community partners that are already using Unite Us. Through these referrals and through the Unite Us platform, Sue can communicate with those providers that she sent the referral to for Tom in real time, and those providers have access to Tom's information, which is securely shared with them through the platform. So, the goal is that those referrals made by Sue are accepted by those providers that received them, and they give Tom the services he was looking for. Say that was a transportation need. They can help with that. And then, say, another provider received a referral for a health care need. They were able to, help Tom navigate finding health care. So as Tom receives this social care, Sue is receiving real time updates through the Unidus platform and those referrals that she sent, and she can track the outcomes and resolution of those referrals sent on Tom's behalf. So Sue knows that, yeah, Tom did receive this transportation that he was needing, and it's taken care of. On the flip side, if she sent a referral for food assistance and the, recipient organization, for whatever reason, was unable to serve Tom, she would know that as well, through Unite Us, and she would be able to send another referral to a different food provider for Tom's food need. This really is the point of the Unite Us platform to be able to ensure that people like Tom who have several different social care needs, that resources are being provided and those resources are working out and actually serving Tom for those needs that he has and letting everyone involved in the process know that Tom did receive this care or Tom did not receive this care and he needs additional support here. K. So that is a really high level workflow. At this point, let's go ahead and, sorry. Let me share my screen again. We're gonna jump into some breakout rooms. So I will take Room Number 1, which is access and onboarding support. If you need assistance with getting into your Unitus account or you signed up but aren't really sure what next steps are, you can go ahead to Room Number 1. And then Wajia will lead Room Number 2 where she will discuss and help with inputting your program details and setting up your users. So I'm gonna go ahead and jump into Room Number 1. Please feel free to join the room if that makes the most sense for you. And for everybody, if you're wondering how to get into those breakout rooms, at the very top of your screen you will see Sage, Agenda, and Rooms. You're going to click on rooms and then go ahead and pick the appropriate room. So either Room 1 or Room 2, depending on what your needs are. Thank you, Magia. Alright. See you all there. Thanks.
